Godly wisdom pragmatic strategy
Belief Coding for Believers
You don't live from what you know. You live from what you believe.
You’ve been told to Renew your Mind.
What if someone finally showed you how?

- Why do you keep doing things you know you don’t want to do
- Why do you overthink, people-please, compare yourself, procrastinate, strive, control or find yourself repeating patterns you thought you’d left behind
There is usually a belief underneath the behaviour.
Belief Coding for Believers is a practical process for finding those beliefs, understanding where they came from and changing the way you think about yourself and your life. I draw on neurolinguistic programming, psychology, neuroscience and the timeless wisdom found in Scripture to help you see what you may have been taking as true, and discover what becomes possible when you see differently.
This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about renewing the way you think so you can live more fully from who you already are.
Belief Coding for Believers

Does this sound like you?
You know there’s more possible for your life, but somehow you keep finding yourself in the same places.
You’ve thought about it. You’ve worked on yourself. You’ve read the books, asked the questions and tried to change the way you think. You may even know exactly what you should be thinking. And yet the self-doubt, fear, people-pleasing, overthinking or playing small keeps showing up.
On the outside, you might look like you’ve got it together.
But somewhere inside, you know there’s a bigger life available to you.
Not a life where you have to become someone else or try harder to get there. A life that feels more like the person you were created to be.
Knowing isn't the same as renewing
We hear a lot about renewing our minds. But knowing you need to think differently and actually being able to think differently are two very different things.
The beliefs you’ve lived from for years don’t just sit quietly in the background. They influence what you notice, how you interpret what happens to you, the choices you make and what you believe is possible for you.
And when an old belief keeps running the show, you can keep getting the same results, even when you desperately want something different.
That’s where the real work begins.
Belief Coding for Believers gives you a practical way to uncover what’s underneath the patterns you keep repeating and begin changing the beliefs behind them. It brings together psychology, neuroscience and the timeless wisdom of Scripture to make mind renewal something you can actually practise—not just something you know you’re supposed to do
Imagine what could change
Imagine living like this – waking up without second-guessing yourself.
Making decisions from peace instead of fear.
Recognising the lies you’ve believed for years and replacing them with truth that changes how you think, speak, and live.
Imagine stepping into your next season rooted in your identity – not striving to prove it.
Renewing your mind – one belief at a time
You’ve been carrying beliefs that were never meant to define you.
Some were shaped by childhood. Others by disappointment, fear, loss, or simply years of repeating the same story.
Prayer matters. Scripture matters. But lasting transformation also requires learning how to recognise the beliefs shaping your life and intentionally replacing them with God’s truth.
That’s exactly what you’ll do inside Belief Coding for Believers.
This isn’t about trying harder. Because lasting transformation doesn’t happen through willpower. It happens when the beliefs shaping your life begin to change.
It’s about renewing your mind in a practical, intentional way so your thinking, your choices and your life begin to align with who God says you are.
Over eight weeks, you’ll learn to:
See what’s really been holding you back
Discover the hidden thought patterns that quietly influence your decisions, relationships and sense of identity.
Learn how to replace lies with truth
Learn a practical framework for identifying limiting beliefs and anchoring your thinking in biblical truth.
Create new patterns that last
Using practical Belief Coding techniques and an understanding of how the brain forms new patterns, you’ll learn how lasting change becomes possible.
Strengthen a renewed mind
Move beyond temporary motivation and develop habits that support a renewed mind long after the programme ends.
Live with greater peace and confidence
Make decisions from peace instead of fear, confidence instead of doubt, and purpose instead of obligation.

FAQ
Before you begin
You may have questions about the process, what to expect, and whether this journey is the right fit for you. Here are some answers to help you make an informed decision.
Is this a Bible study?
No. While Scripture is the foundation of this programme, Belief Coding for Believers is a practical process for applying the truth of God's Word to the beliefs, thought patterns and experiences that shape the way you live.
This is about learning how to renew your mind, not simply understanding that you should.
Do I need to be involved in church or have a strong theological background?
No.
What matters is that you believe in God and want your thinking, beliefs and life to align more closely with His truth.
You don't need to have all the answers. You simply need to be open to the process.
Is this a mindset programme?
Not in the way you may have experienced mindset programmes before.
This is not about positive thinking, creating your own reality, or simply telling yourself to "think better."
Belief Coding for Believers combines biblical truth with practical tools and insights from neuroscience to help you understand the beliefs shaping your life and intentionally renew your mind.
What happens during the 8 weeks?
You will move through a structured process of identifying the beliefs and thought patterns that have been influencing your life, understanding where they came from, and learning how to replace them with beliefs aligned with God's truth.
Each week builds on the previous one, giving you practical steps to apply what you are learning.
How much time will I need each week?
This is not a programme where you simply watch lessons and move on.
You’ll have practical exercises and reflection work to complete each week, and on at least 3 occasions you’ll meet with Carla. The more you engage with the process, the more you will receive from it.
Plan for dedicated time each week to work through the material and apply what you are learning.
Will I have personal support from Carla?
Yes.
This is a guided experience, not a self-study course. You’ll have opportunities to connect with Carla during the programme, receive guidance, ask questions and be supported as you work through the process.
What if I discover difficult emotions or memories during the process?
Belief Coding for Believers is designed to help you understand the beliefs and patterns influencing your life with care and intention.
You’ll always be encouraged to move through the process at a pace that feels appropriate, and additional professional support may be recommended where deeper therapeutic support is needed.
Is this a quick fix?
No.
Renewing your mind is a process.
This programme gives you the understanding, tools and practices to begin that process intentionally and continue strengthening it beyond the eight weeks.
What if I have tried other things before and nothing has changed?
Many people understand what they should think differently, but still struggle to change the patterns they live from.
The difference here is that you’re not simply learning more information. You’re learning how to identify the beliefs underneath those patterns and work with them practically.
Who is this programme for?

She is not looking for another inspirational message. She is ready for a practical way to renew her mind and live from the truth of who God says she is.
She is a woman who has built a life, carried responsibility, invested in herself, reached a point where she knows something needs to shift.
